Caudalie is a natural and sustainable French skincare brand with active ingredients derived from grapes and vines. It all began in 1993, when Mathilde and her husband Bertrand met Professor Joseph Vercauteren during a harvest on the family estate, the Chatêau Haute Lafitte in Bordeaux, who told them that they were wasting a treasure by leaving out the leftovers from the grape harvest.
Caudalie‘s first three products containing grapeseed polyphenols patented by the brand were launched two years later, in 1995. Since then, the brand has released a large number of innovative products and currently offers several ranges targeting different skin concerns.
Caudalie is committed to giving back to the Earth what it gives us, dedicating 1% of its value global sales to finance reforestation projects, as a member of the 1% for the Planet association.
