1. DELIVERIES TO THE U.S. AND CANADA:

Shipments can be made via National Post Standard Service with Tracking or DHL Express Delivery.

INFO COVID-19: Shipments to U.S. and Canada are being handled as usual. Both Standard and Express Service Available.
 

National Post Standard Service with Tracking:
 
If you choose the National Post delivery service, the order will be sent by Registered Mail to the address you have provided when you registered. 
Once you complete your purchase on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order tracking code and link to the National Post Service website where you can track your order.
The procedure in the country of delivery is operator dependent, however, in some cases after a failed delivery attempt, the parcel is forwarded to the post office closest to your area of ​​residence.
 
The delivery address provided must be as complete as possible, if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the order will not be delivered and the courier will have no way to leave any notification, so the order will be returned to us.
 
 
DHL Express Courier (Full tracking):
 
Your order will be shipped by DHL Express to the address provided when you registered.
Once your order has been processed by DHL you will receive an email and/or SMS alert to the mobile number you have been provided with information on the date and time of delivery of your order.
If you need to, you can access the DHL website indicated in the alert and change the delivery address or date. You can also choose to pick up the order at a DHL Service Point.
 
If there is no one available to receive the order, DHL will leave transit advice indicating that the delivery could not be made and will contact the customer in an attempt to schedule a new delivery.
If it’s not possible to be present on the expected delivery date, please contact DHL using the information provided in the alert.
 
IMPORTANT: Orders containing aerosols (eg mists, spray deodorants, shaving foams) cannot be transported by air. As such, we can only ship orders containing these products to European destinations via CTT – National Post Service

1.1 Shipping Costs:

For orders over 100 Euros (approximately 110 US Dollars depending on the exchange rate), EXPRESS SHIPPING IS FREE.
 
For orders under this value, shipping costs vary according to the number and weight of products purchased. To find out the price of your order, add to the bag the product (s) you wish to purchase and checkout where the shipping price will be calculated.

1.2 Deliveries Time

National Post Standard Service with Tracking:  3-10 business days after shipping.
 
DHL Express Shipping with Tracking:  2- 5 business days delivery.
 
The referred delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, Christmas, or New Year. Customs inspection situations may also delay the delivery of the order.

1.3. Customs fees:

All orders to the US of $800 or less are free of customs duties. Therefore delivery will be made directly at the address provided by you without additional fees. 

2. DELIVERIES TO EUROPE:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our store within 14 consecutive days of delivery.
 
Please note that it is only possible to return intact products, not opened or used, and whose seals and protections have not been tampered with. If you have purchased a product within a promotional campaign and if you have benefited from a gift product, you will need to return not only the paid product(s) but also the offer you are offered. This also applies to promotional packs. Returns of incomplete, damaged products without the original packaging or signs of use will not be accepted.
 
Before returning any purchase, you should contact Skin Element at info@skinelement.shop, indicating your purchase number and the product(s) you wish to return.

After we receive the product(s) and ensure that they are in the above conditions, we will contact the customer, who may choose to refund the amount paid, issue a voucher or exchange the product.
 
In case of a refund, you will receive a confirmation email that your account has been credited as soon as your refund has been processed.
In case of an exchange, the shipping costs for the delivery of the new product will be paid by the customer.
